All our packages are fully insured and shipping time frames described above applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. Express shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.

The Engraved Memories online shop do sell based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. Also we have a QA team to test your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you.

 

REFUND/RETURN

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

If you receive a damaged order, please notify us immediately via e-mails and you will receive either a refund of your purchase or an exchange within 15 days from the delivered date.

If you are not completely satisfied with the design or any quality problem you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the delivered date.

  • Any item purchased from The Engraved Memories can be returned
  • The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition.
  • Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost

Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

All prices on this website are quoted in US dollars, please understand before buying the currency.

Currency problem is not on the refund the list.

Customers are able to cancel or change pictures within 12 hours for free . Please note that on all canceled or changed orders(after 24 hours) of personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.

The Engraved Memories reserve the right to void refund/return that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as deemed by our professional team.
